RETURN POLICY

How long can I return the items?

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. Please contact us immediately. No returns are made after 30 days from the date you've received your items. Return shipping is at your own risk.

Conditions

· Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

· All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable When returning items for non-quality issues.

· The goods that have been sent do not support refunds. After receiving the goods, you can contact customer service for a refund.

How do I return an item?

· Please reach out to xbuy@service.com Customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to return. confirm the order number.

· Customer service will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.

Important notice:

· Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase

· The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

· It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection

Refunds

PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
